Monday Blue // Ruffles

Happy Monday all!

I hope all had a wonderful weekend. Monday usually has me a bit blue, so trying to combat the start of the week with this fun ruffle blue number. It does have a bit of a western flair but wanted a chic approach, hence the high waist black pants. Finished the look with gold accented accessories for a more a slight more pop.
