Yes, I’m still celebrating my birthday, well in this case, birth week.
For my second look in celebration, I decided on an exaggerated and fun look.
These culottes are definitely one of the coolest I have ever seen, not to mention it’s high-waist addition? Well, a definitely win. The frilly top seemed perfect for the look, don’t you agree?
